"I initially had a positive experience with Afshin and the team, but later my premium increased to $465 per month after a policy change when the multi-car discount was removed. I wasn’t clearly aware of the increase until the new billing cycle started, so I cancelled shortly after. Anthony explained the prorated refund, and I eventually received about $120 back, but it took multiple follow-ups and quite a while to receive the check. I wish the rate change had been communicated more clearly and the refund process had been smoother."
